OVERVIEW

Welcome to Timothy Arnold Design. The terms “I”, “me” and “my” refer to Timothy Arnold Design.

I operate this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”), to provide you with an online shopping experience. My store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables me to sell products to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein (including my Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy), set out your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.

By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from my store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All products sold by Timothy Arnold Design are made to order, including t-shirts and art prints.

I make every effort to display products accurately; however:

  • Colours may vary depending on screen or device settings

  • Printed products may differ slightly from on-screen previews

Product descriptions, pricing and availability may change at any time without notice.


SECTION 3 – THIRD-PARTY FULFILMENT

All products sold through Timothy Arnold Design are produced and shipped by trusted third-party print fulfilment partners on my behalf.

While I remain your primary point of contact and am responsible for customer service, production and delivery times may be affected by factors outside my direct control, including manufacturing processes and shipping carriers used by these partners.

Any issues with faulty, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported to me in accordance with my Return & Refund Policy.


SECTION 4 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. I reserve the right to accept or decline any order at my discretion.

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once accepted and sent to production.

Orders are for personal use only and not for resale.


SECTION 5 – PRICES AND BILLING

All prices are shown in GBP (£). Prices exclude shipping unless stated otherwise.

You authorise me to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount.


SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, production delays, customs processing, or events beyond my control. Risk of loss passes to you once the item is handed to the delivery carrier.


SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including artwork, designs, images, text, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Timothy Arnold Design and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce or use any content without prior written permission.


SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS

The Services may include third-party tools or links provided “as is”. I am not responsible for third-party content or services.


SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

This store is powered by Shopify; however, all purchases are made directly with Timothy Arnold Design.

Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and me, and you release Shopify from any related claims.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
