Return & Refund Policy

Timothy Arnold Design

Thank you for shopping at Timothy Arnold Design. Each item is made to order, and I take great care to ensure all products are printed to a high standard. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


Made-to-Order Items

All products sold by Timothy Arnold Design, including t-shirts and art prints, are made to order and produced specifically for each customer.

Because of this, I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

This policy complies with UK consumer law, which allows exemptions from cancellation rights for made-to-order goods.


Returns & Exchanges

I only accept returns or offer replacements if an item is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged on arrival

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

I do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Colour or appearance differences due to screen or device settings

  • Minor variations inherent to the print process

  • General wear and tear

  • Change of mind


Reporting a Problem

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence showing the fault or damage

Replacements & Refunds

  • Where possible, I will offer a free replacement for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Replacements are fulfilled through my trusted third-party print partners and shipped at no additional cost.

  • If a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued at my discretion.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Important Notes

  • Please do not return any items without contacting me first.

  • Items returned without prior approval may not be refunded.

  • Due to the nature of print production, colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
