Thank you for shopping with Timothy Arnold Design! All items in my store are printed on demand and shipped directly to you once they are produced.

How orders are fulfilled
When you place an order, it is sent to a trusted third-party print partner for production and shipping. This means your items are printed and dispatched from a location close to you whenever possible to help reduce delivery times and environmental impact.

1. Production & Fulfilment

  • All products are made to order after your purchase is placed — production begins once your order is confirmed.

  • Production and delivery times vary depending on the product type, shipping method you choose, and your delivery address. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout include both production time and shipping time.

  • Because products are printed specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

2. Shipping Options & Timeframes

At checkout you will see available shipping options and estimated delivery times. These may include:

  • Standard/Economy Shipping – typically a reliable and more economical option.

  • Express Shipping – for faster delivery where available.

Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected. Shipping estimates may include several business days for production plus transit time. These estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Example (for UK delivery): Economy or Standard options may deliver within a few days after production, but actual times can vary.

Once your order has been shipped, you will normally receive tracking information so you can follow its progress to your address.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, product weight, and selected shipping method and will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. International Orders

Although most customers are in the UK, my store may allow orders from outside the UK.

  • International shipping costs and delivery times vary based on destination country and shipping method.

  • For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by local authorities. These are the customer’s responsibility, where applicable.

5. Tracking & Delivery Notifications

Where available, you will receive tracking information for your order once it is dispatched. You may also receive carrier updates regarding its progress.

6. Delivery Delays

While every effort is made to fulfil and dispatch orders promptly, delivery times may vary due to factors outside my control, including:

  • Production capacity or delays at print partners

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Seasonal or peak periods

I am not able to guarantee exact delivery dates.

7. Lost, Returned, or Failed Delivery

If an order is lost in transit or returned to sender due to an incorrect address, please contact me at timothyarnoldart@gmail.com as soon as possible. I will work with production and logistics partners to resolve the issue.
